They still seem to be being discriminated against, and I won't stand for it.

Agreed.

It still takes upwards of 10+ roasted bits of meat to get full. Kind of immersion breaking to have to spam 'eat all boar' a dozen times.

Re: Fletching

Can fletching get looked at please? Too many feathers required, timers aren't worth it. Dead birds should give more than 1 arrow worth of feathers. It should be a hell of a lot easier for a weaponsmith to crank out two dozen arrows than it is for him to make o-quality weapons. In the time it takes t...

Re: leatherworking and you

Pelts are buggy. Crashes/quitting will often drop a pelt from 7-15 pounds or more, to 'less than a pound'. This also causes your weight to be buggy sometimes. IE,'carrying 40 lbs' when you know you only have like 20. Relogging seems to fix the ghost weight. Tanning weightless pelts probably gives th...

Re: Combat RP Etiquette and YOU!

Or, they are batman. People who hide in crowded rooms, like the inn, annoy me to no end. Funny enough, there's only one person I've seen do it and do it repeatedly, and the identity of said person probably wouldn't be surprising to most people Utterby side. Sneak, I have much less of a problem with,...

Re: Shadows of Isildur Wishlist

Sparring needs a downside. That downside is you get injured and can't go out for a bit. You're already upping your combat skills in a completely safe environment. Now you want to remove the one downside to it?

It might be. My last char didn't have it because I went int-high and figured I could learn it in game. Was amazed by the success rate. Including on animals like bears/deer.

Yeah, learned my lesson. Ask for a rescue and then type flee. If they rescue you, great, if they don't, also great.

Re: ROE and YOU

Admittedly, I died surprisingly quick, but in the span of the 6-7 attacks the mob got, the person with me just stood there and didn't even join combat, let alone try to rescue me like I asked as soon as the fight started (first hit was a bleeder). Regardless, it left a very sour taste in my mouth. ...

Re: Skills - What do they actually use?

I used focus on the skill in question and it is not yellow anymore. Does that mean I can keep getting better at it? Focus seems to state it only comes into play for the overall skill cap, not individual ones. But...not yellow now.

Re: Skills - What do they actually use?

Er.

What do these do? Okay, something uses X + Y. What does that mean? I assumed it affected the skill cap, but I'm guessing not, since I just capped at talented in something I have a really high and an okay stat in. (The first being intelligence, oddly enough.)

Re: ROE and YOU

I am still really peeved about something that happened a few days ago, so gonna vent here as it is mildly related. Going out with somebody and then pretending to be afk when an aggro mob walks in and attacks the person you're with, so you can rob them when they die is not cool. I don't care if you h...

My wish is that people with strong ooc connections would themselves choose to play in different game spheres. Or would simply not talk about the game ooc. As futile as it is, it's still a wish. Heh. Re: Sword/Axe/Staff hunting - Realism

I think it's unrealistic for injured people to run away from a wolf. So if a wolf bites you, you have to fight to the death. Could code in something like, 'you try to run from the wolf but it's an animal and faster than you since you don't have Peak agility, so suck it'. If an actual animal mobile w...

Our zero rezz policy is now in full effect, so wander at your own risk. Staff takes zero responsibility for link-dead or afk players.
