Re: Dooms of Utterby
Can we bring back the branch of oak to beat the evil out of people? That was always my favorite law.

Re: Losing interest
You're correct in most every single way, and I absolutely agree. I think you remember who I played on a post-apocalyptic MUD wherein it was literally 'do or die' against NPCs, much less other players. I'm surprised how much you remember of my PCs, and then how -little- you remember of them to. I've...

Re: Losing interest
Kory, a sizable amount of the human sphere have zero interest in combat, in PVP, in hunting, in that sort of thing. If you force them to participate (outside of world ending events) they will simply wander off. Some gravitate towards the quieter life because they cannot compete with the group that d...

Re: Losing interest
Make it no mans land in PVP, all bets off. Twink away, truly that would be the only level playing field. There are other avenues to peruse brothers-in-arms roleplay. It would save a lot of bad blood between those heavily engaged in PVP, would save PC's aggro, staff aggro and just less aggro in gener...

Re: New Star Wars Trailer
Looking forward to Battlefront 3 more than the movie, Battlefield 4 was amazing (Once the bugs were fixed), Battlefield Hardline is amazing and different, and suffers none of the bugs that plagued BF4. Battlefront may melt my tiny gibbering brain. Also, to let everybody know. I stole Eru's dogtags/p...

In a military boot, following somebody that can see ahead, you can cross almost any terrain, its slow, but it can be done. Rabbit holes, roots and all. Ive done it.
ETA
In terrain that you see here too, cold, wet, windy Northern Europe.

Heard vague rumors that Sev will appear in Battlefront 3.

Re: Marriage
I would say there are bigger issues than policing this (not from players but from staff) with warg armor, people leaving human bodies to rot in public areas (not the infirmary, they are good about that), leaving of wild game all over tbe Mirk, the hilarious corruption in the lodge. Staff have reache...

Re: Exit Colors and Climbing
Str should not be used at all, agility and pc weight should. The is little chance the big, hulking giant will be able to outclimb the lighter, nimble feller.
Ever seen a body builder climb? One of the funniest things ever.

Re: The great wishlist
I don't believe this is necessarily true. I have brought numerous new players under my wing and they'll do what they want to do regardless if you try to educate, restrict, or mentor them in another direction. Some go off and get killed while some don't and they learn to survive and isn't the fault ...

Less tall/muscular, dark haired men
It gets quite difficult when you've three of them in the room, all outfitted very similarly, all have very close mannerisms and all in the same area of employment. I know we tend to frown upon humping the ol' thesaurus, but disregard that for now!

Perhaps leather wraps that cam be used similar to wooden weapons? Otherwise im not too sure how brawling weapons like claws and nladed gauntlets fit in with Tolkiem's world, other than they do not?

Re: Embarrassing
The thing is, in situations like this there seems to be a rather limited number of viable and orcish this can play out. It is no stretch of the truth that if one rogue player is intent on bucking the system without the experience or skills to back it up, others will follow. Does the leader risk loos...

Or make orcs one rpp and goblins (not snagas, hated that word for a race) open to all. It worked for the best times of Minas Morgul.

Re: Unarmed weapons?
I'd rather see more brawling done IG without folk resorting to pulling out a sword. It's massively immersion breaking to see somebody throw a punch (Human side) and have six armed men threaten to gut him.

RJ, migbt I suggest a break from your current sphere? It is unfair to say you are tired of the game when having occupied your current position (with a great amount of enjoyment from tbose under you) for so long and have forgotten ghe joys of being a runt and looking up and craving power!
