Thank you to all who have used our new support system. It seems to be working very well. For those of you who may have open support issues that are not yet answered, we apologize. We've been a very busy lot these last few days and have been tackling these requests as they come in as best we can, concentrating on the most important items first.

Support tickets having to do with crafts, typos or building will be taken care of, they may just take a bit.

Also, please note, we encourage you to use our in-game 'typo' command to report typos with rooms and such rather than opening a ticket for a word or two that may be spelled incorrectly.
How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
