For skills that branch, but don't have a timer are folk able to just spam through the skill a dozen times or so and gain any kind of repeated branching off it? Or is there a delay timer between branching.
P.S. Don't want to know how long the timer is, just if there is one.

Most of the crafts actually have timers, but they don't apply immediately. They get banked until you reach your limit.

Regarding branching and skill-gain, yes there is a timer applied to your character so you can't spam and gain from it. You're no better off than doing your craft as needed. Spamming gains you nothing.
How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
