Support system categories

If i created a ticket under 'Private Player Issue' and now realized that because of that it can only be viewed by Elder Staff, however it is not that kind of a ticket and instead can be under 'General Inquiry' (That didn't seem like an option at first), how do I change it?

I don't think you can. If it's that important to you, you could re-open the ticket and make a comment that it should be just a general issue and we can re-assign if needed. It's not that big of a deal really other than it might take a bit longer because only Elder Staff will see it, so less people to possibly take care of the issue.
How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
