Do these affect -healing- rates or no?

Are 'dreams' a coded thingy that will happen like it says in the help files  That'd be neat as hell.

I'm sure dreams are not coded.

Dreams happen when your character is asleep and an admin wishes to mess around with your head.

... Ok, maybe not mess around with your head but they certainly want to INCEPT you with an idea :)

Dreams actually are coded in the sense that a system is there for admins to give someone a dream, much like writing a board post, which will "play" next time they go to sleep. You can even re-read past dreams with the 'dream' command. Its usage has generally been quite rare because it easily gets a bit cheesy and forced, and because it's unpredictable for the admin as they can't control when the PC goes to sleep and sees the dream. In fact, some PCs never sleep, so RPAs tend to favor echoes and other direct means of conveyance.

I seem to recall being able to use the think/feel commands to generate my own dreams in the past, as well.
