I am deeply sorry to hear. I do not know if we ever interacted, but it is a sad thing to hear that one of our own has passed. :(

Thank you for being here with us when you were!

Condolences to his friends and family. I don't think I knew him, but he was clearly loved.

This song that was left unfinished -- just a single note short of perfection, lingering unresolved at the end -- is still too beautiful and wonderful a melody to ever dream a good world in which it was never sung.

He was one of my best friends and my partner in so much. He left too early, but that does nothing to lessen the love.
[Petition:***] Why is there a pretty pink pony with doe eyes and a party-balloon cutie mark in the group?

I loved so many of Firesong's posts. I never knew him individually but always respected what he had to say even when I didn't agree with it. What a wonderful mind he had.

It took me quite a while to remember this, but suddenly it came out of nowhere. I don't know if this is the proper thread for it, exactly, but...this is how we remember eachother, you know?

Anybody remember Firesong's Atonement Alpha PC? He was a doctor, and utterly and totally unemotional except in the most stressing of circumstances. Pure medical PC, just so brilliantly well-played. Thirteen was close with him, and called him 'Dad,' even. I haven't remembered that PC in years, but...I'm glad I do now.

ETA: Moth.

Condolences to his family. It's lame and not enough, but he is remembered.

Such horrible news. I am tremendously sorry for his friends and family. Though I never knew him, he was a part of our community and I mourn his loss.

Greetings, I'm TheLegacy, and I'm a close friend of Andrej's, whom I know personally, and who quite frequently visited me and my roommate for various hobbies and games. About a year ago, he talked me into trying out SoI, prior to this iteration, and recently I got back involved with SoI with this iteration. To find out about Andrej's passing was incredibly difficult. Being the only one with contact with his friends here at, I made sure that everyone knew as soon as I could of his passing.

I realise that his passing has left a huge hole in your hearts, and that the talent and skills that he had creating the world's rooms, work that he put an immense amount of work and time into, will be sorely missed. However, I know Andrej, and I know that, though he'd never say it, he took great pride in what he did, and he would also be immensely proud of all of you for making SoI a reality once again.

I'd be happy to speak to whoever would want to talk to me about Andrej, and I'm certain my roommate would offer the same thing. As for memorials, if you're looking to write something, please go to, and write up whatever you'd like for his family and friends to read. I think Andrej would be honoured and would love to see the amazing things that you would write in his honour. Thank you for your time, and I hope to join you in SoI once things have settled down.

Khamul was an amazing staffer and I always felt that he had a passion for this game. I only talked with him a few times back in the Egthela sphere, but have enjoyed his contributions and dedication to expanding the gameworld more times than I can count. My condolences to everyone that was close to him.
A really bad sword with a short blade lies here.
look sword
This sword hardly even a sword. It's kind of really just a piece of metal bent like a sword. Its blade is rather short. Kind of pathetic, really.

Khamul could take an arrow like no other. I'll always smile at the thought of you and shed a selfish tear for your being taken from us.
