She appears to be slightly the worse for wear.

SOMEBODY has a minor bite on the abdomen, a r gore on the left hand, and a 0 0 on the incision.

I know somebody else said something about this here, but I'm just OOCly curious, are those 2nd two wounds going to heal on their own? I'm unfamiliar with them. The 'a r gore' is actually showing up as like dots. 'a *r gore', but with a dot instead of an asterisk.

Also, Yay Nimrod & co for fixing the game! <3

Pretty sure that 'game crashes and corpses magically become way way way lighter' thing is happening.

Code: Select all
get corp
You don't see that here.

<*****  / ^^^^^^ / ||||||>
get pheas
You get the corpse of a green-headed, red-faced pheasant.

Code: Select all
After some time, a rabbit emerges. With a squeal, it gets caught in the
snare!

<*****  / ^^^^^^ / |||||| / hidden>
A frail, inquisitive rabbit with midnight fur begins running westward.

Sure doesn't seem too caught to me.

I don't think this matters anymore. The problem was that it caused the firebreathers to give no paste because the corpse would weigh 0.0, but there are no firebreathers. As far as I'm aware, the butchery crafts don't care what the carcass weighs.

Weight has an effect on the weight of the hide, unfortunately. And the weight of the hide has an effect on its uses. So, still a problem.

Fawns don't seem to run automatically as assumed.

Also, I've been seeing attacks go invisible. Not sure where the second attack came from, but it did damage.

A gangling, twiggy fawn with spotted chestnut hair

He appears seriously injured.

They're hidden in whatever room they landed in. You have to search for them.

Ü rests on the ground, hidden from view.

Kind of defeats the point of hiding something, I'd think.

Planks of wood are stackable. Blocks of wood are not. Not sure if this is a thing to be a bug or not.

Also:

Woodcraft-timberwright: cut block-from-log

This only creates a timer when there is a failure. Not when you succeed.

Apparently only some cloaks have hoods, even though the description itself states that it's has a hood.

I've tried every wearloc, and the cloak though stating in the description it has a hood. I get

"You are not wearing a hooded item"

--

Also, it seems that even though you get

Shortdesc's ministrations to your wound seem somewhat ineffectual.

It's still treated. I don't know if that's a bug, or a feature.

--

I also have two silver coins (that I got due to IC things) that don't stack.

It was always like that. I don't think it improves the healing rate any, it just makes it so it can't be treated again until some time has passed.

Did you try just typing "hood"?

I don't know if it's any object or just because I bought from the second npc in the room, but "buy blue 2 2" charged me for two objects, but only gave me one.

That leads to the next, I don't know if it's intentional or not buy the vendor in utterby sells jars that are the wrong kind for draining blood via the butchering craft. They might be for something else, or an oversight.

Just checking, is the healer in Utterby borked, or does she just charge ridiculous prices? Is there a way to check how much she charges? All I ever get from her is 'you don't have enough coin'.

You can do 'treat value all' to see what she'll charge for a 'treat all'. I expect you can probably do 'treat value rcalf' or something in order to see individual wounds, but I've never tried.

The prices do seem pretty extreme, though. She wanted 20c for treating three minor wounds. I don't know if that's intended -- maybe she's just meant to be an emergency solution for off-peak players who just can't find a PC healer.

Thank you. And heck, that's not as bad as I imagined. She was telling me I don't have enough, so I was thinking she was charging gold or something.

She does seem to be wonky though.

Practice weapons do a LOT of damage. Although we aren't exactly well-armored, they're dealing consistent minors and moderates on every hit. Is that intended?
