I tested this a week or two ago when I had BP access and it didn't count towards cap. Neither did Dalish, Orkish, Common, or Aim.

Not that I'm personally aware of, until they add crafts that check against medicine. Extracting bullets used to, I think? But I don't think removing arrows uses the same check.

Isn't it the same code? Arrows are literally bullets described to look like arrows.

The extract command had a lot of different checks and stuff, and took like 30 seconds to complete.

The remove command is instant. No clue what checks it uses.

Yea, I think there's a few crafts for medicine using moonflowers. I'm sure a legit healer PC player could answer that though.

There is. Amateur-level check. Miiiiight get you up to talented, tops, but I'd be surprised.
