My question was what's the difference between quality when using dull-blade on a tempered edge?

'Cause apparently you can do that.
That's a mistake. Removing those objects from the dull-blade list.
Okay.

On a side note how do we get grits and polishing for honing?

Also, seems you can branch unfinished crafts.

Code: Select all

You have branched a new subcraft, construct reinforced-shield!

<****** / ^^^^^^ / ||||||>
mat reinforced-shield

Ordinary-weaponcrafting: construct reinforced-shield

<****** / ^^^^^^ / ||||||>
And can we get the shortdesc for O-Qual maces changed so it doens't say 'sharp'?

Old weaponcrafting is toast, and all of weaponcrafting is now consolidated into weaponcrafting.

Uhh... Tiamat? Old-Weaponcrafting still branches from new-Weaponcrafting.

Also, are you ABSOLUTELY sure the old-weapons have been replaced with new weapons? Because poor weapons still seem to be worse then newbie nicked weapons.

You still branch old-ordinary when you make new-ordinary.

I'd like to bring up scrimshaw and engraving for weapons. There will always be places where monied people want to show off their wealth and what better way than having fancier items than anyone else does.

A wiki on scrimshaw
http://www.ask.com/wiki/Scrimshaw?o=280 ... ap=ask.com

A couple of wiki on engraving
The early stuff http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engraving
A later fancier version, stippling http://www.ask.com/wiki/Stipple_engravi ... ap=ask.com
