Some of you may notice your skills are slightly different. There was an issue with chargen not properly limiting stat assignments, which I believe has now been fixed. If your stat was above a certain number, it has been decreased within the proper range.
In all cases, your total sum of stats has remained the same as it was before the alterations.

Apparently this issue is persisting. I'll be going through and fixing stats again tomorrow morning. If you have a state above peak, and have a preference for distribution, PM me.
