We are currently accepting applications for two Roleplay Administer (RPA) positions. One will be assigned to Utterby and the other to the Vadok Ushtarak Clan (orcs).
Duties will include:
Providing support to players through our ticketing system.
Answering petitions, both logged and live.
Working with existing existing clan staffers.
Creating and running minor plots.
These are Player Port positions, so the ability to work well with people is extremely important. A thick skin is also recommended.
It should be noted that if you are selected for this position you will be required to retire your current character as player port staff members are not allowed characters.
Time availability per week should be 15 hours MINIMUM.
Applicants should have excellent roleplay, grammar and spelling skills and either have experience with the game engine or be a long-time player, familiar with the ins and outs of daily play.
Former and Current SoI Staffers are welcome to apply.
Timetable of hire process and new-hire training:
1 Week - Acceptance of applications.
1 to 2 weeks - overview of applications.
1 week - offer of positions to applicant.
1 to 4 weeks - Training or light duty (shadow another rpa)
TBD - Probationary Period.
