The ticket system sends out email with links to updates to tickets.

However, for whatever reason, the ticket system or Hotmail have a deep loathing for one another. If you have an issue with getting notification on your tickets, and you use Hotmail, I'm going to suggest you try one of the following:
- Add
support@middle-earth.us to accepted email addresses
- Make sure that said emails aren't being flagged as spam or junk or something else
- Consider opening up a Gmail (I can say the ticket system works lovely with Gmail for me) and if desired, have the Gmail forward over to your regularly scheduled Hotmail
(Gmail has the benefit of an App too, so you can even get pings with your ticket is responded to, or in my case when 50 new tickets are opened.
