code bug hands not clearing quick enough

Likely this is low down on the priority list, but I haven't seen it mentioned so here goes. I've seen it happen when you sell something that the object in your hand goes to the shopkeep, but the coins end up on the floor anyway. Also saw it just now with some ribs. They produce what I take to be a waste object of bones, but the bones ended up on the ground instead of in the hand where the ribs were when eaten.

You eat a half-rack of plain grilled boar ribs.
It tastes smoky and meaty.
Since your hands are full, you set the object on the ground.

It is some tiny, broken shards of bone.

look bone
Some tiny, broken shards of bone have been scattered around. Tiny and
fragile, they've probably come from a very small creature, but it's rather
difficult to figure out what they originated from, or even if they had a single
source or several.
A yellow-eyed, blotchy-fleshed brown uruk slowly slunks over, sneakily swaggering with a sleek step.
