Are they random? Is there something behind them?
Whats the difference between a blue skill check and a white skill check?

If they're blued out, that means you have trained enough to always succeed that skill check. To continue improving your skill, use ones with white skill checks.

Need a screen reader-friendly way of denoting which is which. Blind folks won't see blue or white or bold or anything else like that usually.
