Could someone give a list of links to threads containing info on the orcish sphere?

Like what is this Vadok thing and where are the orcs on map and any info a new starter should know about this sphere?

Vadok Mal is the name of the mountain the orcs live in. Vadok Ushtarak is the name of the as-yet-still-undocumented clan.
