Set melee

I've had several reports of this problem lately, so I thought I'd throw it here for all to see (and to avoid having it reported again :)). There's a bug with set melee, where it sometimes eats some of the combat messages you should be getting. We're aware of this and looking at a fix, but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up - it might be wise not to use set melee unless you have to.
I don't always test my code.
But when I do I do it on the player port.
