Hit Points and Armor Rating:
For nearly all races (and this includes mobs) Hit Points are calculated simply as:
50 + (Constitution Score * 4) + (Power * 4)
There is a maxium to Power as a bonus here. It caps at 25.
I need to check, but race 28 has 200 as a base rather than 50.
Armor - everyone has a natural of zero except race 28 has 3 and race 86 has 7.
